26th CARICOM summit registers progress in regional integration

The 26th summit of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), held in Bahamas, reflected progress in the region's integration. The 15 member body decided not to reinstate the Dominican Republic as they consider its policy of cancelling the citizenship of Dominicans of Haitian descent to be a human rights violation.
