2018 Volkswagen CC -Design,Engine,Release,There are several changes that we can expect from the four-door version of the famous Volkswagen Passat. And not only in terms of design., CC is also going to have a small nomenclature change. For the 2018 model, get used to calling this beautiful hatchback by its new name, Volkswagen Arteon. This mid-range, mid-size vehicle has been around since 2008, and one major redesign was really due. And this is exactly what is going to happen to the car formerly known as CC.

The old platform is still there. And why should they replace it? The MQB is quite a nifty and reliable architecture. It provides the driver with more control over what is basically a lighter vehicle. One of the main characteristics, aside from more doors, that set this vehicle apart from Passat back in the day was the sweeping roofline. Well, it’s still there, and it is sharper and sweepier than ever. This of course means that there will be less head room for the passengers sitting in the back, but that still shouldn’t be a problem considering the length of this car. The extended wheelbase is 106.7-inches long, quite an impressive figure. As for some of the changes to the exterior, expect to see a full-size grille and redesigned headlights. Both headlights and taillights will have the latest LED technology equipped. A large air intake and massive fenders will make vehicle look very aggressive. A stylish spoiler will decorate the back of the car.

The inside of the vehicle will also change quite a lot. From improved natural leather, all the way to the latest technological gadgets, expect to see a futuristic and comfortable cabin. The cargo space will reduce thanks to the lowered roofline, but with the rear seats folded expect 60 cubic ft cargo space.
