2014 Resolutions & Goals

I try to make resolutions/goals every year for myself. However, I make goals with the notion that if I don't accomplish them, it is OK, I won't beat myself up about it. I try to remain flexible in my goals because sometimes your ideas and things you wanted at the beginning of the year may not be the same halfway through the year, so it is important to keep an open mind and know it is OK to change the goals if they are no longer important to me.
