2014 Fall Warm Up Sourdough Race

Camp K, September 28th, 2014
Rules of the Sourdough:
Start in a sleeping bag with no shoes and the dogs on a tie-out.
When the horn sounds, get up, put shoes on, eat a donut and then drink a cup of coffee.
Harness dogs, put on one dog bootie, attach rig and run the race.
This one was pretty much a gang start at the beginning of the run. We went along to grab video, but we weren't actually part of the race.
What's with the old theme?? Although dryland racing is fairly new, racing huskies became popular around the same time the "flickers" did. Since this wasn't a serious race, I wanted it to be a little more fun.
