When Devon Douglas came to BBMG, a brand innovation firm working with large companies and mission-based organizations, she already had an impressive track record in sustainability and CSR. She had previously led sustainability initiatives for Walmart, and now she guides clients including Earthbound Farm and Seventh Generation through critical moments—from the creation of new products to integrated marketing campaigns.
