2010 My USA Trip and Exercise!

Well it is 2010 now. I am planning to go to America in August 2010, so I have commenced my exercise and healthy eating plan for that. I weigh 230 kgs, and I want to get down to 150 kgs and be healthier for this trip to America. It has been a battle for me to reduce my body weight, so a goal like this is what I need.
