20 Dollar Chef - Luke Rockhold

On this episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I'm joined by the special guest Luke Rockhold. Some people are good at one thing. Others, Like Luke, have an endless bag of skills. He grew up surfing and skateboarding. Which is basically religion in Santa Cruz, CA.

Luke started martial arts at the age of 6. He started wrestling at the age of 10, finding jiujitsu shortly after that and never looked back. That leads to Luke earning an IBJJF World Jiu-Jitsu Championships Blue Belt Gold Medal. In 2006 and 7. He was the Strikeforce middleweight champ before his time in the UFC. Where he became the middleweight champion. If all that wasn't enough, Luke is also one handsome ass male model. Rockhold is the face of Ralph Lauren's "Polo Blue" cologne fragrance.

I was lucky enough to meet Luke in Florida and our first few times hanging out, we cooked. He knows his way around the kitchen and we had a blast cooking again for this episode.

We went really healthy on this episode. Ground turkey tacos. I just grabbed a bunch of veggies to make a salsa and some tortillas.
