2 Pilots Become Globe Skeptics
2 Views • Dec 02, 2019
Description
1. Do you ever have to dip the nose of the aircraft to follow curvature?
(I have spoken to many and they all have replied the exact opposite...They actually incline the plane 3 degrees, so that the upward thrust maintains the desired altitude)
2. Do you have to account for the supposed spin of Earth when flying over the north pole? (Because if you flew in a straight line for 12 hours, you would land exactly where you departed from)
3. Do you have to fly faster when travelling eastbound than when flying westbound? (As flight duration's are similar either way and at we are told that Earth is spinning 1000 mph at the equator)
...Please do verify with personal experience in case I am lying and an amazing impersonator. + Please do share, so that we can compare results and hopefully concur on our conclusions!
*Even though the airline no longer exists, I have blurred the video and distorted the audio to help protect the identity of the pilots.
