1st Winter Survival In Naran Valley

At Mahandari, snow fall going to start which lasted till last moment and we came to know that might our jeeps not cross the road near Naran??.and we continued our journey.
At kaghan we came to know about the blockage of road due to sliding near Naran?..journey was carrying on with same pace.
In our way to Naran we came across some jeeps which were returning from half way to Naran due to road blockage?..we must go there
After Kaghan, our jeeps got stuck in the heavy snow, it happened at least three time and every time it takes some time to overcome this issue ??..but at the end we were on move
About 2--3km before Naran due to a recent avalanche jeeps have to stop down and we have to trek this distance in the night. We have all the gears to fight with this situation but at the road within a heavy snow falling ?..who have the required time to open his rucksack??, so continue trekking on snow covered trek, on glacier, into the deserted and darken town of Naran. Finally reached into the only opened hotel Shalimar (already arranged otherwise no hotel at all) in Naran. Our jeeps went back to Kaghan till further orders
As we have reached Naran while fighting all these challenges, so, in late night it was decided that now we have to behave upon LOGICS and we will try to attempt lake if weather permitted us to do so. We will finally decide in the morning otherwise will try to go out of the SNOWY DESERTED TOWN OF NARAN. Snow falling continues all the time till morning and we reluctantly opt for trek back towards Kaghan. It was a challenging, tough one but best one trek in which we have to trek back about 15KM. We have to climb at least three to four fresh avalanches/glaciers, under a sky who pouring a full time snow upon us, into a one foot wide self creating trek for our passage and a heavy load of rucksack on our backs?????.We enjoyed it a lot and hope you brothers will also enjoy it with us.
