184 People Killed In Egypt Mosque Attack

184 people were killed at a mosque in Egypt's north Sinai region on Friday by militants who detonated a bomb and opened fire on worshippers. No group has claimed immediate responsibility for the attack, but since 2014 Egypt has been battling an Islamic State affiliate in the north. According to state media, another 125 people were wounded in the attack.
