"Vous pouvez m'appeler président", a déclaré Andry Rajoelina, ancien chef de l'opposition malgache, après avoir reçu les pleins pouvoirs de l'armée, mardi soir. Il a annoncé la tenue d'une élection présidentielle anticipée d'ici 24 mois.
