18 dead in twin Iraq attacks

At least eighteen people have been killed in separate attacks in Iraq's Diyala province. Ten died in a bomb blast in the town of Khalis, according to medical sources. And gunmen raided three homes in the village of Jil al-Said, shooting eight people dead. It is unknown who carried out the attacks.
