Tuesday was an All day workout mixing Cardio,weights,core and more cardio.All the workouts are cut for time just to give you a sample of whats happening. We did about 19 miles averaging 17.5-18.5 mph with some good sprints of 20-25 mph. It was my first group ride of the season and i look forward to meeting the rest of the group and riding.
