17 convicts escaped from Jharkhand jail
Description
A group of 17 prisoners being taken back from court to jail in Jharkhand when they forced their way out of the van they were packed into.
Two were shot dead by security guards who were escorting them and three others were injured, Director General of Police Rajeev Kumar said adding that others managed to run away.
