www.Thejourneytv.com - Alright folks, The Journey TV met up with Bryan from @Fitfw on Monday to checkout CG:Southlake which was hardcore in its own right with plenty of Core,Weight and Cardio. So i decided to check out the Dallas location next after being told they had over 96 people attend the week before. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen,Amy,Mason,Justin and the other CG trainers. These trainers are passionate about helping everyone, There were a wide range of ages and fitness levels. This was a big group and we had a great time! The team environment really helped push past the soreness from Monday's class. Good Stuff! I look forward to checking out some of their other events and camps in the future. NO EXCUSES, WE CAN DO IT!
