Description
Rudy Giuliani and other high-profile individuals have recently turned themselves in to authorities in Atlanta concerning charges connected to attempts to overturn the 2020 US presidential election results in Georgia. Giuliani is allegedly the driving force behind attempts to sway state lawmakers into appointing electors in favor of Donald Trump. Former President Trump and his allies have argued against the investigation, baselessly claiming that the election was rigged. Mark Meadows and Jeffrey Clark, along with Giuliani, are facing legal problems related to this subversion of the election. Negotiations regarding bond conditions for the defendants are currently ongoing.
