13 YEAR-OLD RAPE CHARGE MALICIOUS

A fabrication of rape and the allegation splashed across the Media have caused a family immense pain and a teenager years of trauma.

That's according to Prakash Ramadhar, the Attorney for Sean Mohammed who has now been acquitted more than a decade later.

Ramadhar is taking the police to task, saying there was insufficient evidence from day one.
