IDARO - Seminar "Good Governance and Law & Order situations at Mps."

Indus Development Action Research Organization (IDARO) Mirpurkhas has arranged a Seminar on current issue of “Law & Order Situations and Good Governance at Mirpurkhas” with coordination of SPO Hyderabad on dated 16th May 2014 at the Conference Hall of Sufiyana Restaurant, Press Club Mirpurkhas where attendees shared their experiences, comments and suggestions for peacefully living Mirpurkhas. Many of them argue on police department and demanded better management, Public Care reforms from MNAs and MPAs of the area. Most under discussion Points of the Seminar were;

Experiences: Management of the district including Police Department is not the issue of MNAs and MPAs, so for they are not paying attention on public issue of Home Theft, Shop Looting, Decoct, and other Street Crimes.

Comments: District Mirpurkhas was the most peaceful district of Sindh Provence, but for now a day, it is under several attacks of crimes. Street Crimes are increasing day by day and shoplifting, home robbery has made public life very hard to secure their possessions. Government failed in providing basic public need of security.

Suggestions: Elected Members are responsible to ensure public facilities being providing by all the departments of district management. So for, it’s time needed to bending public issues towards Elected Members of district Mirpurkhas.
