1128. Mensuration Computing Area of Path outside a Rectangular Swimming Pool

In order to calculate the Area, we find Area of the larger rectangle, whose length includes the length of Pool and Path, and Breadth includes Breadth of Pool and Path. From such Area, we reduce the length of the swimming Pool and that gives us the Area of the Path. Boundary on each side to find Area of the smaller rectangle.
