I have been consuming a gallon of juice a day and documenting my transformation. I finally finished my juice fast and today I will eat for the first time in 100 days. I am super calm in this video, but trust me, I am not spaced out... just very meditative at the time. To date I have lost over 215 lbs with the raw food lifestyle!
