Plot synopsis:
Just before graduating high school, Carly Newman and her four closest friends—Abby, Rose, Patty and Erica—wrote down and locked their deepest, darkest secrets in a time capsule that they promised they’d open at their 10-year reunion. But when Abby tragically dies the night before graduation, the group is shaken and soon falls out of touch. 10 years later, Carly and the girls return home for their High School Reunion and find a scavenger hunt Abby created shortly before her death that leads to the whereabouts of the time capsule. Determined to find the capsule to honor Abby, Carly convinces the group to help. But the closer she gets, the more she realizes that Abby’s death wasn’t an accident—and there may be more than pity high school drama in buried in the capsule.
