Fat Sal's Big Fat Fatty Sandwich is exactly that — this whopper of a recipe includes fries, onion rings and 10 MORE items, from cheese steaks to cheeseburgers to hot pastrami. But first, enter the Thunder Thighs Dome, where the contestants are split into two teams for a game of capture the flag... with food! Using cakes and pies, each team must defend itself from potential flag capturers, and whoever wins gets to eat while the other team looks on longingly at that delicious sandwich. Only one person, the highly successful competitive eater Jamie "The Bear" McDonald, has ever been able to finish this humongous sandwich. After STUFFED took over, Fat Sal's can now count two.
